I am a registered Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (UKCP) and trainee supervisor (BACP).

I am trained to provide face to face as well as Online and Telephone Counselling and Supervision, mapped to NCS, BACP and ACTO.  

I offer a non-judgmental safe place to explore feelings thoughts and behaviours that may be causing blocks to goals, relationship issues or distress.

I specialise in helping individuals to cope with bereavement, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, endometriosis, redundancy, divorce, alongside a range of other emotional issues.

My approach includes a humanistic, CBT and psychodynamic approach to support you in identifying and achieve your personal goals by exploring the issues that are causing you distress, anxiety, and stress.
